VEHICLE DETAILING

These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between Marble Berry (Pty) Ltd and its customers. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Our business provides professional vehicle exterior and interior detailing services. We will carry out the services to the best of our abilities, using the equipment and cleaning products that we consider appropriate.

 

All services are on a pre-booked basis, and a 50% non-refundable deposit must be made before we begin work on your vehicle. The balance is payable on receipt of the invoice. All sales are final. Formal invoices or statements not disputed within 7 days of receipt shall be deemed accepted and binding. No refunds will be given for services rendered. We accept Cash, EFT and VISA and Master cards. 

 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

We take reasonable care and skill in providing our services, but we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury that occurs as a result of any act or omission on your part, or any defect or damage to your vehicle prior to or while we are providing our services.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claim, loss, damage or expense arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions, your use of our services, or any negligence or misconduct on your part. Kindly insure that your insurance is notified that your vehicle will be at our location.

 

We own all intellectual property used or displayed in connection with our services and you acknowledge and agree not to use, reproduce or modify it without our written consent.

 

We value your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing services to you or as required by law. We kindly request your permission to use photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. However, if you prefer not to grant this authorisation, please let us know, and we will promptly honour your request.

 

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and the updated terms and conditions will be made available on our website.
